This mechatronic engineering major focuses on designing and improving automated and intelligent systems by combining mechanics, electronics, computer systems and control. You’ll build strong theoretical foundations and apply them through hands-on projects such as robot communications, pneumatic automation and machine control. The major also offers flexibility to take specialisations or broaden into other disciplines within the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours). The programme combines engineering fundamentals, design projects, and industry-ready technical problem-solving skills.
