You’ll strengthen your ability to identify service gaps, evaluate program effectiveness, and contribute to evidence-based policy and interventions. Guided by experienced supervisors and industry-linked learning opportunities, the course prepares you for senior roles and further study by developing rigorous theoretical and practical research skills in the human services sector.

Graduates are prepared for senior and research-informed roles across the human and community services sector. The course develops skills to evaluate and improve services, support evidence-based program and policy development, and work with industry and community partners. Career pathways may include leadership, program evaluation, service development and coordination roles within community services, disability, aged care, youth work, mental health and related health and social support organisations.
