This double degree combines an honours-level engineering program with a science degree to build strong technical capability across maths, science and engineering. You’ll develop advanced expertise in an engineering discipline through design-focused study and a capstone project, while also exploring scientific approaches to real-world problems. Complete two qualifications in five years full-time in engineering and science at bachelor (honours) level. The programme combines engineering fundamentals, design projects, and industry-ready technical problem-solving skills.

Graduates are prepared for interdisciplinary roles that connect engineering practice with scientific analysis. Depending on your chosen majors, you may work in areas such as energy and sustainability, environmental engineering, medical engineering, natural resources, or research and development. The combined qualification supports careers in consulting, government and industry where complex technical decisions require both engineering design skills and science expertise at bachelor (honours) level.
