This double degree combines business studies with communication specialising in digital advertising. You complete business core units plus a chosen business major while developing skills in media, audiences and digital campaign development, alongside QUT You units. Studying both components concurrently builds capabilities across strategy, marketing communications and data-informed digital practice. This is an undergraduate program in media and communication with a business focus.

Graduates can pursue roles across advertising and marketing communications, including digital advertising, campaign and content strategy, media planning and buying, social and search marketing, and account management. The business component supports pathways into marketing, management, HR, finance or international business depending on the major chosen. You’ll be prepared for work in agencies, in-house brand/marketing teams and media organisations. This is an undergraduate qualification in media and communication with business breadth.
