UniSQ’s Bachelor of Science is a flexible, broad-based degree that lets you specialise in one or two majors across applied science areas. You’ll build scientific identity through core study while developing critical thinking, scientific communication and problem-solving skills. The modular structure supports interdisciplinary learning, research pathways and employability, with options to study online or on campus and pursue study abroad experiences in the sciences. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.

Graduates can pursue roles across diverse sectors depending on their major, including science, technology and data, health and medicine, environment and conservation, food and agriculture, and engineering-related industries. The degree can also support pathways into science education (with further study) or science communication such as journalism. This Bachelor-level science qualification prepares you for multidisciplinary work and further study within the sciences.
