Curtin’s Doctor of Philosophy in Agriculture and Food Science is a supervised higher degree by research built around an independent project agreed with your supervisors and School. You will develop and execute a rigorous research plan grounded in an advanced review of the literature, complete an initial proposal preparation unit, and progress through a formal candidacy stage early in the program. This is a PhD by research focused on agriculture and food science. The programme advances scientific inquiry through supervised laboratory or field research, data analysis, and thesis-based discovery.
