This alternative education program lets students complete Year 11 and 12 in an adult-learning environment. Designed for learners seeking a practical, independent option to traditional high school, it provides flexible pathways to achieve a QCE and/or a vocational pathway depending on university or workforce goals. Students can choose from a range of subjects and receive one-on-one guidance from experienced teachers in a supportive high school learning setting. The programme develops academic skills and education fundamentals for teaching-related degree pathways.

Completing this program supports progression into higher-level study or employment pathways. Graduates may continue with further studies at TAFE Queensland, use university pathway options, or move directly into entry-level work supported by vocational certificates. The course is aimed at building study readiness, subject foundations and employability for school-leaver transitions, aligned to High School completion and education pathway outcomes. Supporting progression into undergraduate Education and teaching degree programmes.
