This degree prepares you to become a primary teacher, combining education theory with practical classroom learning from the first semester. You’ll complete school-based experiences each year and a minimum of 80 days of supervised teaching practice, building your teaching identity and skills to support diverse learners. Electives include primary specialisations such as English, Mathematics, Science and Inclusive Education. This is a Bachelor qualification in Education & Teaching.

The course includes extensive supervised professional experience and options to specialise (e.g., English, Mathematics, Science, Inclusive Education), which can broaden pathways into inclusive and special education contexts. Completing the program qualifies you to teach primary students up to Year 6 as a Bachelor-level Education & Teaching graduate.
