Their genuine care to provide a high level of service to students results in persistent follow ups, efficient data management and always prompt action. Add to that lots of friendly faces in all of their offices and you’ve got the recipe for a great working relationship.
My experience with AUG was a meaningful experience, especially Irene whom greeted me like an old friend when i came back overseas after I returned to Singapore from overseas to tie up loose ends. I strongly recommend students seeking overseas education to pay them a visit and you can be sure to receive helpful advice and clear guidance.
I am currently waiting to go to university in Portsmouth, UK. Irene was incredibly helpful and prompt in her replies and give me clear instructions on what I needed to get done in order to get in to University.
