[AUG Malaysia] Tanahairku 3.0 Terms and Conditions

“Tanahairku 3.0” contest (“the Contest”) is organised by AusEd Consultants Services Sdn. Bhd., henceforth the “Organiser”. The Organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to any party. This is a Malaysia nationwide competition.

Duration of Contest

Contest Period: 08:00 AM, 8 August 2023 to 11:59 PM, 27 August 2023

1. This contest is for students (aged 13-18 years old) only. To participate, participants are required to answer 2 questions within the duration of the contest. The first question is to guess the origin of the image by its state. The second question is to choose the photo that best describes “The Beauty of Malaysia” and state why;
2. Each participant can only submit ONE (1) response on the Organiser’s website during the whole duration of the Contest. Multiple entries of the same shall be treated as “spam” and shall be ignored;
3. Sixty-six (66) winners will be randomly selected live via AUG Malaysia Instagram platform on 30 August 2023 in conjunction of celebration 66 years of Malaysia’s independence;
4. Entries must not contain any explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or offensive;
5. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any participant at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever;
6. By participating in the “Tanahairku 3.0” contest, participants agree to allow the Organiser to use their names, photographs, and any other relevant information for promotional purposes without any further compensation and/or notice.

Prizes and Terms

1. Sixty-six (66) winners x RM30.00 vouchers will be announced on 30 August 2023 live via AUG Malaysia Instagram;
2. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Contest winner shall collect the prize personally;
3. The winner shall be responsible for all costs in connection with the redemption, collection, delivery and/or perfection of his / her prize;
4. The eligibility to be selected for the lucky draw will consist of qualified individuals selected by the Organiser. The decision of the Organiser will be final and binding;
5. The decision of the Organiser is final, and no enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained;
6. By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions;
7. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions;
8. The participant agrees and provides consent to the Organiser for the use of any personal data as provided by the participant;
9. For the purpose of participation in this Contest in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable laws, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by the Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Contest, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Contest.

Lucky Draw Winner Announcement

The Organiser will choose sixty-six (66) lucky winners live via the Organiser’s social media platform (AUG Malaysia’s Instagram) on the 30 August 2023. The Organiser will communicate with the winners concerning prize collection.
