  1. The Campaign will take place on the Organizer\u2019s Instagram Page AUG Student Services Malaysia<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. For Participants to qualify for winning a prize, Participants must follow the Organizer\u2019s Instagram Page, like the campaign post on Instagram, and tag at least three friends in the comment section. All entries must be submitted within the specified campaign period to be considered.<\/li>\n
  3. Each Participant can only comment ONCE (1) on the specific Campaign post during the whole duration of the Campaign. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Participant.<\/li>\n
  4. At the end of the Campaign, the Organizer will proceed to draw the winners and reach out to the winners via Instagram Direct Message.<\/li>\n
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any Participant at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      1. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason.<\/li>\n
      2. Contest winners are required to collect the prize personally. Winners will claim their prizes at the AUG\u2019s education fair or at their nearest AUG office.<\/li>\n
      3. The winner shall be responsible for all costs in connection with the redemption and collection of their prize.<\/li>\n
      4. The eligibility to be selected for the lucky draw will consist of qualified individuals selected by the organizer.<\/li>\n
      5. The decision of the Organizer is final, and no enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.<\/li>\n
      6. By participating in the \u201cAUG30Years Follow & Win\u201d campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by terms and conditions stipulated.<\/li>\n
      7. The Organizer and its partners reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Campaign, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors anywhere in the world without any notification and\/or payment to the Participants.<\/li>\n
      8. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates any terms and conditions, including failure to respond to our Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours and to complete the validity check form required for prize collection.<\/li>\n
      9. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant agrees and provides consent to the Organiser for the use of any personal data inherently for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024 and other applicable laws, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by the Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
