Young CEO Futurepreneur 2025 Competition Term and Conditions: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\nWith the objective of \u2018Identifying talent for the hospitality, events and luxury business, the \u2018Young CEO Futurepreneur\u2019 competition offers students the opportunity to win an all-expenses paid 5-day trip to Switzerland<\/strong>.The competitions focus is on creativity for the hospitality, events or luxury world while showing skills for a future CEO.<\/p>\n

Outcome<\/strong><\/p>\n

This challenge sponsored by \u2018Swiss Education Group\u2019<\/strong> is intended for future thinking students who can distinguish themselves in this competition by presenting their creative idea. Participants will get to develop their skills in creativity, critical thinking and communication and thereby challenging themselves to be the best version of themselves to be world ready.<\/p>\n

The Competition<\/strong>
\nThis challenge invites the next generation of CEOs to submit their creative ideas for a new product, service or process to meet the demands of the hospitality, luxury or events business<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Round 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

Task 1<\/strong>
\nStudents are required to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Create a visual representation (in any format: Video, PowerPoint, drawing, Infographic etc.) that outlines various career paths within one of the following areas, highlighting essential skills, required qualifications, and potential job roles. Students are encouraged to seek advice from their career counselors.
    \n– Hospitality Management
    \n– Event Management
    \n– Luxury Brand Management<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The diagram should exhibit:
    \n– Clarity and visual attractiveness
    \n– Accuracy of information
    \n– Creativity<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Task 2<\/strong>
    \nStudents are required to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \n
        \n
      1. Develop a new product, service, or process for the hospitality, event, or luxury brand business.<\/li>\n
      2. Produce a 3-minute video illustrating.
        \n– The career paths outlined in task 1
        \n– The new concept and its benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The video should display:
        \n– Inventiveness in presentation and communication skills
        \n– Introduction of a concept not previously available in the market
        \n– Consumer benefits
        \n– Advantages for the business provider<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Round 2<\/strong>
        \nThe 5 finalists with the best scores will post their video presentation on social media to attract the maximum quantity of likes. A link will be provided. This will be worth 25% of the final score. The finalist will then go head-to-head in a business plan & pitch, (Dragons\u2019 Den style) in front of a panel of judges. This will be worth 25% of the final score. The scores of rounds 1 will make up 50% of the total final score.<\/p>\n

        Judges in round 2 will evaluate the participants on<\/p>\n
