Tanahairku 2021

CÁC ĐIỀU KHOẢN VÀ ĐIỀU KIỆN: "Tanahairku” cuộc thi (“Cuộc thi”) is organized by AusEd Consultants Services Sdn Bhd, hereby known as the “Organiser”. The Organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice to any party. This is a Malaysia nationwide competition.

Duration of Contest

Contest Period: 08:00am, 6 September 2021, to 11:59pm, 15 September 2021

Cơ chế cuộc thi

1. A student (aged 13 – 18 years old) to FIRSTLY spot the differences between the two pictures and write down the number of differences he/she can spot. SECONDLY, he/she would be required to write a statement / phrase which represent the spirit of Malaysia.
2. Each student can only submit ONE (1) response on the Organiser’s website during the whole duration of the Contest (https://augstudy.com/malaysia/tanahairku-2021/)
3. 64 winners each day would be selected for TEN (10) consecutive days based on the correct answers and creative statement / phrase written.
4. The Organiser will contact all winners for prize collection.
5. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any contestant at its sole and absolute discretion, without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

Giải thưởng & Điều khoản

1. 64 winners x RM10 vouchers (ie a total of RM640 worth of vouchers) would be given away daily for a period of TEN (10) days.
2. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Contest winner shall collect the prize personally.
3. The winner shall be responsible for all costs in connection with the redemption, collection, delivery and/or perfection of his/her prize.
4. The decision of the Organiser is final, and no enquiries, verbal or written, shall be entertained.
5. By submitting the Contest Entry, the Contestant shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
6. The Organiser and its partner reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Contest, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors anywhere in the world without any notification and/or payment to the Contestants.
7. The contestant agrees and provides consent to the Organiser for the use of any personal data as provided by the contestant for the purpose of participation in this Contest in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable laws, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by the Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Contest, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Contest.

The Organiser will announce the winners via the Organizer’s social media platform on the 11 September 2021 and 16 September 2021. The Organiser will communicate with the winners concerning prize collection.
