The Master of Theatre (Writing) develops contemporary writers for live and digital performance through an intensive, practice-led program at the VCA. You learn through writing workshops, critical seminars and collaborative project work alongside other theatre disciplines. A key feature is developing a full-length play, culminating in a rehearsed presentation for industry and the public within a Master coursework Performing Arts context. The programme advances creative direction, digital production, and design thinking for professional media and innovation-led studios.
