The Master of Philosophy is a specialised research degree for students seeking advanced research skills and a strong grounding in independent inquiry. You will complete a combination of coursework and a substantial supervised thesis project, developing the ability to conduct, interpret and apply research findings. The program can also provide a pathway to higher degree research, including a PhD, in Arts and related disciplines. The programme strengthens research skills in organisational behaviour, strategy, and evidence-based management for scholarly and professional leadership.
