The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.

Graduates can pursue careers across event planning, coordination and production for corporate functions, exhibitions, conferences and live performances. Typical roles include event or exhibition planner, conference coordinator and venue coordinator, with opportunities supporting project delivery, logistics and stakeholder management. The Technical Production stream can lead to roles supporting staging, lighting, sound and event technologies for live events and venues, aligned to diploma-level practice in event management.
