This graduate diploma develops specialist knowledge for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students working in land and sea Country management. You will explore caring for Country, environmental management, water and waste management, sustainability, cultural heritage protection and interpretation, plus project management and education. The course emphasises collaborative practice by bringing Western knowledge systems together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledges for protecting natural and cultural environments in Australia.

Graduates may work with Traditional Owner organisations, government agencies and community groups involved in caring for Country. Potential pathways include roles in land and sea management facilitation, environmental and sustainability programs, cultural heritage management and interpretation, and project coordination for Country-based initiatives.
