This graduate diploma builds on Curtin’s graduate certificate and develops practical project management capability across quality, risk and procurement. You’ll study how quality management is applied in projects, from planning and assurance to audits, control and continuous improvement, and learn risk identification and analysis methods. The course also examines contracting, acquisition and contract administration, plus people-focused managerial effectiveness for leading teams in projects.

Project management skills are in demand across many sectors as organisations adopt methods such as Agile and Scrum and increase automation. Graduates may pursue project management and coordination roles that support planning, risk and quality governance, procurement and stakeholder management.
