The Diploma of Creative Arts introduces contemporary creative practice through making, performing and presenting work. You’ll develop your creative voice with guidance from industry-active teachers, collaborate with peers and connect with the Australian creative sector. The course offers flexible on-campus and online delivery, with optional Northern Territory field trips, and can be completed full-time in one year or part-time over two years as a creative arts diploma. The programme emphasises applied skills, workplace readiness, and technical competency for industry entry.

Graduates are prepared for further study or entry-level roles across the creative industries in Australia. Pathways include work as a musician or performer, visual artist, filmmaker or screen production crew member, creative writer, arts administrator, or production assistant for live events and screen projects. The program also builds transferable communication, collaboration and critical/creative thinking skills suited to multidisciplinary creative workplaces for a Diploma of Creative Arts.
