Master the skills and tools you'll need to solve public health challenges around the world, from chronic disease and sexual health to nutrition, drugs and alcohol. You'll also have the opportunity to practice your skills in local and international professional placements. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.

Graduates can pursue roles supporting health promotion, prevention and community wellbeing across government, hospitals and health services, NGOs, and community organisations. Typical work includes planning and evaluating programs, health education, policy support, and using data to improve population health. Opportunities may span areas such as chronic disease prevention, sexual health, nutrition, and alcohol and other drug programs within public health practice. Preparing graduates for nursing, allied health, and community care professional registration and graduate roles.
