This combined degree builds advanced electrical and electronic engineering capability alongside core business knowledge. You’ll learn to design and improve systems for power, control, communications and embedded technologies, while developing skills in management, finance and innovation. The program is designed for students who want to apply engineering expertise in commercial contexts and progress into leadership roles in engineering-driven organisations at bachelor (honours) level.

Graduates can pursue roles that blend technical engineering work with business and project leadership. Career paths include electrical design and development, automation and control, robotics, renewable energy systems and consulting across manufacturing, transport and technology sectors. The combination also supports progression into project management and business development roles where you lead teams, manage budgets and deliver complex engineering projects as a bachelor (honours) electrical engineering and business graduate.
