This degree prepares you for professional practice in mine and engineering surveying (geomatics), supporting mining operations and major civil infrastructure projects. You’ll learn to measure, represent and manage spatial data for open pit and underground environments and for construction set-out and control. The course develops capability with advanced surveying software and equipment such as GPS and drones to capture and process land and satellite data in a Bachelor-level surveying discipline.
