This honours degree provides extended, rigorous training in mathematical sciences and related research, building advanced capability in mathematics and statistics. You’ll combine higher-level coursework with a supervised research project, developing skills in mathematical and statistical approaches to real-world problems. The program is designed to prepare graduates for higher-level roles in industry or government, and for further study such as a PhD or Master of Philosophy in mathematical sciences.
