Management explores how organisations are designed, led and improved, focusing on operational planning, staffing and resourcing decisions that shape performance. You’ll build a grounding in organising people and processes and learn to apply management thinking across different industries and contexts. This is an undergraduate management course within Business & Commerce. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
