The Bachelor of Disability and Community Inclusion prepares you to support people with disability and their communities in a range of human services settings. Grounded in a human-rights approach, the degree builds skills in inclusive practice, advocacy and community development, with learning that connects theory to professional practice and placements. This is a three-year undergraduate program in disability and community inclusion within health sciences. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.

Graduates can pursue diverse roles across disability and related community services, responding to growing workforce demand including through the NDIS. Career paths may include disability support worker, case coordinator/manager, community development worker, inclusion support professional, school or housing support officer, disability advisor or advocate. Employers include government and NDIS-related services, non-government organisations, private providers, and self-employment in disability and community inclusion.
