Submit your application to institution through AUG
Request for an institution application form from AUG office, complete the form and submit it through AUG office. You will be requested to provide supporting documents (education qualification, proof of English language ability, etc) for certification by AUG counsellors. Once the application form and supporting documents are submitted, we will assist you to monitor and update you on the progress.

For certain institution, you may be required to pay the application fees. There are application deadlines for most institutions so you should take note of these deadlines, as any applications received after the closing dates will be strictly rejected by the institutions.

Receive your offer letter
When you application is successful you will receive an offer letter. Our counsellor will advise on the additional supporting documents required (if there’s any) to be sent to the institution and the deadline to accept or decline the offer.

Accept your offer
Once you have decided to accept the offer to the education institution of your choice, our counsellor will help you prepare the forms needed to accept your offer and advice you on the payment options and specified deposits needed to be made to the institution to secure your place. Afterward, we will assist you to submit the acceptance form and draft/receipt of payment to request for your electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoE) to the institution.

Institution will issue an eCoE to confirm your admission. The eCOE is compulsory for student visa application. Once your student visa is approved, AUG will assist in applying for your accommodation, flight booking and airport reception.

Pre-departure session and settling down in new country
We always organise pre-departure sessions for students and their family before students depart for their study, and we will recommend you to attend it to keep you well prepared and informed for overseas study. When you arrive in your study destination (especially Australia, Malaysia and Singapore), our friendly counsellors from our network offices will continue to support you and help you with settling into the country.
