Eunice is known as the friendly, caring, and reliable counsellor - she believes in connecting with students to understand their needs better and is always ready to answer your queries any time of the day.
She is also quick and meticulous when handling applications particularly visa and institutions, so you don’t have to worry about missing deadlines or misinformation for application submissions. Her experiences and knowledge in the industry have been proven with positive feedbacks from parents and students.
Puridah (Ida) is known to be caring, personable and understanding, especially during counselling sessions- she believes in taking time to understand and ask the right questions to bring students toward their dream education pathway.
She believes in the importance of education to youth and is passionate in giving the best to anyone that comes into AUG. Students and parents are always satisfied with her consultation - these demonstrate her experience and capability in giving the best for her students.
Wei Yik is known to be patient and understanding. She is also sociable making her to built a good connection with her students and colleagues. She is maybe new to the education line, but Wei Yik has the advantage of being a multilingual, as she can speak four different languages such as English, Malay, Chinese, Cantonese, and Hokkien.
Wei Yik aims to continue to deliver good service and to get more familiar with the whole application process for Australia, UK and Malaysia.
Syazani is known for being patient and understanding among her colleagues and students. Although she’s still new to the industry, Syazani is motivated to learn more and gain more experience, not just to deliver a good service but to contribute more to the company.
Since she was a little girl, her passion is always toward psychology and counselling, making Syazani to be an effective counsellor surrounded by lovely and supportive team.
